These indicative total contract prices include VAT where applicable and transfer charges, before payment-option discounts. Studio ranges include the studio layouts listed for each tower.

Each example starts with a ₱20,000 reservation, followed by a spot down payment and monthly equity payments. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or through bank financing.

These September 17 examples show how the payments work, rather than an active offer. We’ll prepare a fresh quotation for the condo you choose.

The balance is due 30 days after the last equity payment or upon turnover, whichever comes first. We’ll help you check the timing for your chosen condo and explore bank financing; loan approval and bank terms depend on your lender.
