Contacting our team

This website does not have an inquiry form. Contact links open WhatsApp, Messenger, your email application, or your phone application. If you contact us, we use the information you share to respond to your inquiry and help you explore properties. The services you use also apply their own privacy policies.

Analytics

MyHouse.ph uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, such as the pages visited, general device or browser information, and interactions such as opening contact options or selecting a contact channel. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. We use this information to improve the website and understand which property information is useful to visitors. Contact details and message contents are not included in these analytics events. See Google’s privacy policy for more information.

Meta Pixel

MyHouse.ph uses the Meta Pixel to share page views and clicks on WhatsApp, Messenger, phone and email contact links with Meta, measure advertising performance and help reach website visitors with relevant ads. A contact click indicates interest; it does not confirm a conversation or property purchase. Contact-click events include the selected channel, without the destination phone number, email address or message text. Automatic advanced matching is enabled and may use hashed contact information entered into website forms, such as the email address in our newsletter signup, to match visitors with Meta accounts. This does not automatically upload our existing Mailchimp subscriber list. Meta may use cookies and similar technologies and associate website activity with your Meta account. Inquiry messages and financial documents are not included in these events. See Meta’s privacy policy for more information.

If you subscribe, your email address is sent to Mailchimp to manage your subscription and deliver MyHouse email updates about condo launches, buying tips and news from our team. Mailchimp may process subscription and technical information to operate and protect this service. You can unsubscribe through the link in our emails or contact marc@myhouse.ph. Your choices

You can choose whether to contact us and what information to share. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Please do not send passports, bank records, or other sensitive documents through a general website inquiry. If documents are needed later, ask our team how to provide them safely.
