Mandtra Residences is on P. Basubas Street, Tipolo, Mandaue City, Cebu. The showroom is in Casuntingan, Mandaue City; we can help you arrange a visit and share directions.
How many towers does Mandtra have?
The development has three residential towers, a retail component and three levels of podium parking. Compare the separate Tower 1, Tower 2 and Tower 3 floor plans before choosing a condo.
What condo types and sizes are available?
The featured types are studios at 21.04–22.00 sqm, studios with balcony at 26.00–27.45 sqm, and one-bedroom condos with balcony at 36.00–41.48 sqm. The exact layout and availability depend on the tower and condo selected.
Is Mandtra pre-selling or ready for occupancy?
Mandtra is offered here as a pre-selling project. Construction photographs are dated July and August 2026. Ask us for the current status and turnover arrangements for your selected tower and condo.
Are the showroom furniture and appliances included?
The dressed-up showroom photos show possible styling. Standard unit features include painted walls and ceilings, vinyl plank flooring, tiled toilet and bath, and kitchen base cabinets with a granite countertop. We’ll confirm the exact inclusions in your quotation.
Can I get current prices and payment terms?
Yes. Tell us your preferred tower, condo type and budget. We can share the available choices and walk you through the reservation fee, down payment schedule and remaining balance.
