From July 15 to August 15, 2025, we recorded ₱104.42 million in total property contract value across 11 sales. Of that, ₱61.2 million came during the first half of August.
Every one of those transactions started with an online inquiry. Many of the clients who bought through us had never met us in person.

- Vertex Coast — two sales. Another Mactan option represented in this month’s transactions.
- The Residences at Sheraton Cebu — one sale. A beachfront residential setting in Mactan.
- Mandani Bay — one sale. A waterfront township address in Mandaue.
- Primeworld Pointe — one sale. A condominium option in Cebu City.
