On July 16, 2025, Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) and Japan’s NTT Urban Development (NTT UD) officially unveiled The Wave Towers Cebu in a highly anticipated grand showroom reveal.
This wasn’t just another condo launch — it marked CLI’s first-ever international joint venture, blending Japanese precision with Cebuano vision to create what could be one of the most iconic addresses in Cebu IT Park.
A Partnership Years in the Making
The collaboration between CLI and NTT UD actually started over a decade ago, with plans for Manila. That project didn’t push through, but the partnership found its perfect home in Cebu.
In 2022, the two companies reconnected, leading to a development inspired by the famous Wave of Kanagawa and anchored on the theme “Rooted in Japan, Rising form Cebu”
The Highlights of the Reveal
During the launch, guests were introduced to Nagomi Tower, the first two towers in the project. Standing 40 storeys tall with over 700 units, it’s packed with premium features:
- Japanese-inspired interiors with TOTO toilets, smart locks, built-in shoe cabinets, and premium kitchen finishes
- Smart home-ready units with AC, intercom, and connectivity provisions
- Japanese-inspired amenities: wave-shaped pool, Japanese gardens, sauna, spa, theater room, gym, kids’ playroom, and library lounge on the 37th floor
- Future Japanese dining and retail establishments curated in partnership with NTT UD
A Prime Cebu Address
Located on one of Cebu’s most valuable parcels of land inside Cebu IT Park, The Wave Towers will also feature a landscaped park linking it to 38 Park Avenue, creating a walkable, connected community in the heart of the city.
Why It Matters
The launch of The Wave Towers isn’t just about selling units — it’s about introducing a new standard for condominium living in Cebu. With CLI’s award-winning track record and NTT UD’s global expertise, it’s a project that promises both exceptional design and strong investment potential.
