On November 28, I spoke at the Real Estate Content Creators Summit at Radisson Blu Hotel. It was a chance to share my experience as a real estate content creator with fellow professionals, with Angie there alongside me.

I was grateful for the opportunity. Creating property content has become a big part of our work, and being able to share that experience with others in the industry was a meaningful moment.

It also gave me a reason to reflect on the people we make that content for: the buyers watching from home, comparing their options, and wondering where to begin.

A property search often begins on a screen

You might first come across a home through a short video, a photograph, or a post shared by a friend. Something catches your attention, and you want to know a little more.

For us, that is where a useful conversation can begin. A walkthrough can help you understand the layout. Photos from a visit can give you a feel for the surroundings. Hearing someone explain a property can make it easier to decide what to ask next.

We want the content we share to help you picture how a place might fit your plans, whether you’re looking for a family home, a base in Cebu, or a property to rent out.

Someone you can get to know before you meet

That matters especially when you’re looking from overseas. You may be planning a visit months from now or fitting your property search around work and family life.

Seeing us visit projects and explain the spaces gives you a chance to get to know us along the way. When you’re ready to send a message, there’s already a familiar face on the other side.

Angie and I want you to feel comfortable asking about the things that matter to you. Perhaps it’s the location, the room sizes, the payment options, or simply whether a property is worth a closer look. We’re happy to start there.

The work we share

Our videos and posts are part of a larger conversation. Once we hear what you’re looking for, we can help you compare choices and spend more time on the details that are relevant to you.

Sharing my experience at the summit was a proud moment, and it’s one I’m happy to share here with Angie. We’re grateful to be part of an industry where we can contribute what we’ve learned and continue learning from others.
